About Dr. Alcalen:
 Dr. Alcalen is Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She received her undergraduate business degree in actuarial science from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. After three years of working as a consultant she returned to medicine and received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She completed her residency training in New Orleans. Evelina resides in the Mid-Cities area with her husband and their two young daughters, and is very committed to offering complete medical care to women of all ages. |
